Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Zonocart.
Zonocart is a multi-purpose online platform that connects customers, vendors, and delivery partners to facilitate services such as:
Grocery and vegetable shopping,
Food ordering and delivery from restaurants,
Online product shopping similar to e-commerce platforms, and
Parcel pickup and delivery services.
Zonocart acts only as an intermediary between users, sellers, and service providers. The company itself does not own, sell, or control the goods or services provided by third-party vendors.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Zonocart. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To use Zonocart, users must create an account with accurate and complete details. You agree to:
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
Notify Zonocart immediately in case of unauthorized access.
Be responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
Zonocart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if false information is provided or if misuse is detected.
Zonocart provides a digital marketplace for multiple categories:
a) Grocery and Vegetables:
Customers can order daily essentials, groceries, and vegetables from local sellers listed on the app.
b) Food Delivery:
Zonocart connects customers with nearby restaurants. All food-related hygiene, quality, and delivery responsibility lies with the restaurant and delivery partner.
c) Online Shopping:
Zonocart lists various products such as electronics, home appliances, fashion, and accessories. Products are sold by third-party sellers who manage inventory, pricing, and after-sales service.
d) Parcel and Delivery Services:
Customers can use Zonocart to book parcel pickups and deliveries. Delivery times depend on traffic, location, and logistics availability.
All payments must be made through the secure payment gateway provided on Zonocart.
You may pay via credit/debit card, UPI, wallets, or cash on delivery (if available).
Zonocart does not store any payment card details.
Prices shown include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
Zonocart is not responsible for delays or transaction failures due to network or bank issues.
Orders may be canceled before they are processed by the vendor.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated as per the vendor or partner policy.
In case of damaged, expired, or incorrect items, customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
Zonocart only facilitates communication between the buyer and seller and is not responsible for refunds beyond vendor policy.
Delivery times are estimates only. Zonocart or its partners are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, or unforeseen events.
Customers are requested to check products at the time of delivery. Any complaint raised after delivery completion may not be accepted.
Vendors and delivery partners using Zonocart must:
Ensure quality, quantity, and legality of goods or services.
Follow all government laws and safety guidelines.
Not misuse Zonocart’s name, brand, or customer data for unauthorized purposes.
Zonocart reserves the right to remove any vendor or partner violating policies.
You agree not to:
Use Zonocart for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Post misleading information or abusive content.
Interfere with the app’s functioning or security.
Attempt to collect user data or hack the system.
Violation of these rules may result in permanent account suspension.
All content, logos, graphics, and software on Zonocart are owned or licensed by Zonocart.
Users are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written permission.
Zonocart is a facilitator and does not manufacture, sell, or control the quality of goods or services. Therefore:
Zonocart shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from vendor or partner actions.
Any disputes regarding product quality, delay, or refund must be resolved directly with the vendor or service provider.
By using Zonocart, you consent to our Privacy Policy. We may collect and use data such as name, contact number, and address for service purposes.
Zonocart will not share personal data with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.
Zonocart may suspend or terminate access to users or vendors found violating terms, engaging in fraudulent activities, or harming the platform’s reputation.
Users can delete their account anytime through the app settings.
Zonocart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users are advised to review them periodically. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
All disputes related to Zonocart shall be governed by the laws of India.
In case of conflicts, users agree to first attempt an amicable resolution with Zonocart support. If unresolved, jurisdiction shall lie in the local courts where Zonocart operates.
